Five Minute Fall Decorating
Life has been so busy lately between being at the studio most days, looking after the dogs, and our boys. It’s just hectic, but in the best possible way. In previous years I had more time for seasonal decor whilst now it’s more about simple ideas. Are you feeling the same way? If so, then this post – five minute fall decorating is for you!

I’m keeping things very simple this year. I went to the supermarket and they had pumpkins 2 for $12! Yes, please! I did one white and one orange. Then I went inside and picked up some baby boo white pumpkins, pumpkin pie pumpkins (for the window boxes) and a few smaller orange pumpkins.

Beau is now 10 months and is quite a BIG baby since last time you saw him. Can you believe how much he’s grown? He’s 67 pounds now (he was 11 when we brought him home).
I placed a few pumpkins in the summer window boxes:

Let’s head inside our home…
Simple Fall Decor in the Dining Room
I focused on the Welsh Dresser in the dining room and just added white pumpkins. I know this may sound strange but when picking out pumpkins I try and focus on ones with interesting stems…

I love the blue and white cornishware with the white pumpkins.

I adore how the pumpkins look in the egg cups.

This little seagull was a Goodies II find. I just couldn’t resist him…

Autumn Touches on the Mantel
I kept our mantel pretty much the same with John’s beautiful oils he created in Provence and added some turkey feathers and orange pumpkins.

I keep our shells out all year round since we’re so close to the ocean…

Let’s take a quick drive to the studio in Cohasset Harbor for a little peek inside.
Fall at the Studio
I’m keeping the studio really simple.
Each week I get fresh florals from my friend Amity, founder of Everwilde Flower Co. She turned her yard into a gorgeous flower garden.
This was the bouquet this week:

She also gifted me with this sweet pumpkin with a witch’s hat and broom. Isn’t it so cute?

Halloween is my favorite!!!
I placed little white pumpkins around the studio and got two packs of these paper pumpkins from Ikea.

They were only $9 for a set. You open them and velcro them open but can flatpack them after the season and store them for the following year.

I hope this gave you some simple ideas for decorating for fall.
