Hand Made With Love

While I’ve been getting the boys ready to go back to school, I’ve also been busy in the basement making things to sell.

I just feel so alive when I’m crafting and painting. Does that sound crazy? The above sign was made with driftwood I found on the beach with the boys and also the most amazing colored sea glass.
I’m super excited about the notecard sets I’m selling in the Etsy shop.
I don’t know about you, but I love writing and receiving hand-written cards.  These note card sets include 6 images by moi mounted onto card stock and matching envelops and come wrapped in twine.  I have three sets – Flowers (above), English Countryside and On the Farm.  I’m sure you’ll recognize some photos you’ve seen here on the blog:

I’m also offering hand painted coaster sets:
Stencilled numbers in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint with matching cotton gift bag that have been hand stamped with the word cheers.  These would make a lovely hostess, teacher or housewarming gift.  I also have nautical themed ones:
Fabric pumpkins made with driftwood stems are perfect for the upcoming autumn months.  They look great on side tables, mantels or thrown in with real pumpkins in centerpieces.
Also new this week, my happy yellow chevron table you may have read about when I shared the makeover on Monday:
And this chalkboard table will surely make the little one’s playroom complete.  Perhaps, a birthday or Christmas gift?!?
If you get a chance, I’d love for you to stop by the shop and take a look!

Hi Danielle, any chance you have enough driftwood to make another sign? I’ve been looking for one that says Hope or Peace as I see them on homes on the roads in Norwell?

Yes, Denise. I have a few more longer pieces of driftwood. Let me know if you’d prefer Hope or Peace and what color. Also do you want any seaglass, wampum or starfish on the sign?

It doesn’t sound crazy atall, it’s just so much fun to create stuff, and how great that you now have a proper space to do all the creating !!
