The Look for Less: Moroccan Poufs

For years, I’ve wanted to add leather Moroccan poufs to our living room. I finally took the plunge. Sharing how to get this look for less.

We spend a lot of time in our living room by the fire. What could be better than sitting here with our feet up, right? Well, I finally found some online and they were an incredible deal that I wanted to share with you.

I can’t tell you how much time we actually spend in here. I usually get up earlier than everyone else and enjoy a cup of coffee right here while checking my phone for messages or scroll IG. On the weekends, this is where I love to daydream with design books or a stack of magazines or the Sunday paper. Countless hours are spent right here. The dogs usually are curled on the oriental or close by on their respective beds.

As like many of you at home, we are HERE ALL THE TIME. Ha! So I thought I’d finally take the plunge and order us some Moroccan poufs. Click here to see the poufs we ordered.

Brown leather Moroccan Pouf

These poufs are 100% leather and handmade in Morocco. I love the variation in the grain and color of the leather. That warm chocolate brown looks so wonderful with our dark wood trim and I love stitched detail.

These are currently on sale at Overstock. When I ordered them I had a coupon and they were on sale AND I got free shipping. I got each one for $123.97!!! That is such a bargain and on top of that, I ordered them and got them delivered straight to our door. Delivery was less than a week!

You can see that modern chair is still in here, also an Overstock find, click here to shop that. I shared our mantel the other week here.

I’m really so pleased with the Moroccan poufs and know they’ll even get better over time as we use them.

These poufs came stuffed with cotton rather than beads or foam. That was another huge thing for me because I wanted to be careful with our dogs. Many companies stuff them with little beads and I was so worried about Max and Poppy ingesting them.

These are the most affordably priced real leather Moroccan poufs I’ve seen online. There are some on Etsy that are cheaper but they either aren’t leather or aren’t filled.

They don’t deflate when people sit on them either which makes them great as additional seating.

Okay, if you need me I’ll be here with spring tulips, my cup of coffee and my feet up the by fire.
