Newport Home Tour & Mushroom Curry: Style Showcase
Happy Tuesday, friends! What a stunning weekend we had here in New England. It almost felt like summer. We enjoyed a day trip to the Cape on Saturday and took part in the 20th annual Arts Walk in Hingham, both were such lovely days.
I’m excited because today we have some really lovely inspiration. I think you’ll swoon over Doris Duke’s home in Newport and I have a delicious foraged dinner plus fun fall ideas!

Town and Country Living | Clever Outdoor Fall Decorations
Jennifer is sharing so many lovely outdoor decor ideas for fall. Look at this adorable truck! I also love the wheel barrel full of mini orange pumpkins on a farmhouse porch. So sweet!

Duke Manor Farm | Fuller Fall Wreath
Laura has a trick to make wreaths look fuller! I really love her front porch.

Finding Silver Pennies | Chicken of the Woods Curry
My husband and oldest son love to foraged for mushrooms. Our friend, Sally, shared some Chicken of the Woods mushrooms with us and we made this wonderful Red Thai Curry with riced cauliflower. Learn more about foraging and get the recipes. I think you’ll love them!

Southern Hospitality | Doris Duke House Newport RI
We love Newport, RI and often take day trips there. We love all the mansions and Green Animals. I’ve shared some of our trips in the past, but I wasn’t aware that Doris Duke’s home was there. Rhoda is taking us on a tour of Rough Point. I’m in love with the woodwork, the ceilings, and the view. Ooooh, now I want to see it in person! Which room did you like the best?

I hope you enjoyed the home tour and the other posts!
