You all know I’m an ocean lover and nautical girl at heart. This collection includes my favorite things – oysters with pearls and the prettiest yacht ensign waving in the ocean breeze.

Pretty Oysters

I adore painting oysters and I wish I liked eating them but I leave that all to Luke. Ha! Ha! I think oyster shells are so pretty and when there’s a pearl inside, well, that’s even better.

Red, White & Blue

I love seeing the yacht ensign flags wave on sail boats and motor boats in the harbor. For me, it reminds me of carefree summer days going out to The Spit or fishing with friends.

I’m working on some pretty watercolors inspired by my little getaway to Florida with my sisters and I’m also working on the calendar illustrations. I hope you love this new collection as much as I do!
