Silver Pennies Sundays: Features and Link Party 2

Wow!  Thank you all for linking up last week.  I was so inspired and impressed with all your amazing projects, recipes and crafts.  You are one talented bunch! It is so hard to narrow the features to only a handful, but here are some projects that really stood out to me:

I fell in love with Lora of Leisure Living Furniture’s Buffet.  Painted in old white, lovely distressed and a little surprise of sage green.  It kind of makes me long for spring:

This frigid air and and the icy roads here in New England are making me hunger for soup.  Jennifer from The Chronicles of Home shared this savory and warming winter soup.  Doesn’t the Pumpkin and Winter Vegetable Soup look delicous?

I’m a huge fan of industrial pendant lights, but my budget can’t always stretch to afford them.  Jennifer over at Ardent Hands Designs has a wonderful tutorial on how to make your own:

Finally, Suzan from Simply Vintageous shared some favorite projects from 2012.  I loved them all but I think my favorite was this hutch.  Check out her post to see the amazing transformation:

Now who’s ready to party?

* Link up your fun, creative, thrifty projects.  I’m partial to painting furniture, but anything goes for this link party – DIY Projects, home decor, cooking, crafts, painting, sewinging…

* Grab a button (on the side bar) or link back in some way.  You must have a visible link back to be considered for a feature.

* Visit some other links – everyone likes to receive comments and love.

* I’d love for you to become a follower, but that is entirely optional.

Now link away and let us be inspired.  I’ll share some favorites next Sunday:
